Starting the Program
Q: I am getting a type 11 Error when trying to run the Sterling Software on my Macintosh computer. What does this mean?
A:
Type 11 Errors are general in nature. Usually it is a hardware
error. What is probably happening is that you are trying to
run the Sterling software on an older Mac. The system requirements
for the Sterling Software are a PowerMac G3, or later with a
300Mhz processor and 64MB of free system memory. If you check
your Apple System Profiler, you should be able to get this information.
If that does not help you, please check the documentation that
came with your computer.
Q: When
I attempt to use a Sterling program
on my Windows 95 computer, I get
an error that reads: "This application cannot start as it cannot
create needed files. There may not
be enough free disk space." How
can I fix this?
A: The
latest version of Sterling v2.0.3
does not support the Windows 95 operating
system. Windows 95 users may download
the following patch to allow them
to use Sterling v2.0.3.
SterlingWin95.exe
