Users (Mac OS 9)
Q: I
have just installed a Sterling product
and none of my students are able to access
the program. I’m running
OS 9, with Multiple Users turned on. What can I do to fix this?
A: After
installing the Sterling Product,
move the sterling folder to a Shared
Documents found in:
Macintosh HD |
Users
The Sterling folder can
be found in following location:
Macintosh
HD | Laureate
Note: When installing
new Sterling products, the Sterling
Folder, must be moved back to the
original directory before the installation
can be done:
Macintosh HD | Laureate
Once the new application
is installed, move the Sterling folder
back to:
Macintosh
HD | Users | Shared Documents
